L&T to Build ₹5,000 Crore Brigade Gateway Residences in Hyderabad & Chennai

The stock of L&T has witnessed a solid rise by climbing nearly 2.4% on 21^st March on the BSE with the announcement of getting a deal between RS 2,500 Crore & RS 5,000 crore with Brigade Group. Under this partnership, the engineering and infrastructure Conglomerate Company Larsen & Toubro will construct the Brigade World Trade Center and Brigade Gateway Residences at Kokapet and Neoplois, respectively.

The trade center will also consist of a five-star hotel and a retail space. That’s not all; the company will also be involved in constructing two projects, including Brigade Altius and Brigade Morgan Heights in Chennai City.

According to stock market news from L&T, a design and build base will be used to complete all the projects. It is the largest residential project they have received from a private company. The details of all projects are as follows:

• Brigade World Trade Centre, Neopolis

It is a commercial tower with an overall height of more than 200 metresand will be the city’s tallest mixed-use development.

• Brigade Gateway Residences, Neopolis

This property will include two luxury towers that can be one of the tallest buildings in Hyderabad. The configuration of these gateway residences will be 5B+G+57 floors.

• Brigade Morgan Heights, Chennai

It is a luxury building with 10 towers, four parking levels, and apartment floors.

• Brigade Altius, Chennai

Brigade Altius will be one of the tallest developments in Chennai, including three signature towers, a configuration of six parking levels, and thirty-nine apartment floors.

L&T Share Price

The share’s price reached RS 3,423 by rising 2.4% on the Bombay Stock Exchange on 21^st March. It is widely expected that the investors will get a great return this year from the stock market, considering the multiple projects around the country.
